Welcome to RISE Society — a local networking community where women in business, leadership, and entrepreneurship RISE together through Relationships · Inspiration · Support · Elevation.
Whether you're building a business, growing in your career, starting something new, or simply looking for a circle of women who get it — there’s a place for you here.
We gather twice a month in Matthews, NC to build real relationships, learn from one another, and help each other keep moving forward.
🌿 What Makes RISE Different?
This isn't your typical business card exchange.
RISE is intentionally designed to create the kind of connections that can be hard to build in traditional networking spaces — where we actually get to know one another, understand what each woman is working toward, and find ways to support each other along the way.

- Practical speakers, workshops, and discussions

Some meetings are educational. Some are hands-on. Some get us thinking a little differently about our businesses or ourselves.
But the goal is always the same: leave with something useful and know the women in the room a little better than you did when you walked in.

Info: Nicole, owner of Matthews Wine and Design, will share the previous meeting's minutes.

Business Commercials 45 seconds
Info: Attendees will take turns going around the room giving a 45 second commercial or elevator pitch of what they do in their business.

Info: A RISE member has the floor for 10 minutes to share whatever they would like about their business - these can get really interesting and fun!

Featured Speaker
Info: Our Featured Speaker will take the floor and give a 20 minute speech on any topic: the one criteria - it must provide value to all attending. This is my favorite part of every meeting, it is always so interesting and engaging!

Info: Our talks often result in some around the room discussion, we let it flow for a few minutes.
