Often referred to as 'the golden hour'; early morning is when our body is at its MOST honest, the mind is still, having just woken from sleep, so this is an ideal time to practice yoga. Early morning yoga practice honours the energy of Surya Namaskara: the traditional practice of acknowledging the rising of a new day. Expect to be challenged and ready to start the day feeling awake and energised.
Join Senior Yoga Teacher Sara Evans for an 8 week series of invigorating early morning asana.
Class runs for 60 minutes each Tuesday from 5.45am - 6.45am starts 8 October and runs until 26 November.
