We’re hyped to announce our 4th consecutive Freestyle Footbag New Year’s Jam in Los Angeles, CA!
RISE OF THE DEX MACHINES 2027!!!
Your mission: Fire up your bionic dex cannons, power up your shred circuits, RSVP, report to LA, and prepare for total dexstruction! We are centrally located to food, convenient stores, and the airport. As always, we have some solid shred spots lined up and one iconic place; VENICE BEACH! (sunshine, palm trees, and oceanfront footbag!) There are bike rentals as well as Bird/Lime scooters to get you around more conveniently. The beach is a 15 minute bike ride from my house on a safe bike path too! Time to upgrade your firmware and unleash the machines!

- Picking grapefruits from my tree in the backyard

THINGS TO NOTE:
To help cover cost of snacks/dinner and prizes we will be having a registration fee of $30 this year.
***registration is mandatory so we can have a headcount for food, snacks, BBQ, etc and shred comps of course***

- Uber/Lyft about $15-$20 to my house (15 min)
- bus system $2 (55 min)

- grocery store (10 min walk)
- mexican, japanese, seafood, pizza, alcohol 6 min walk
- many more options a few blocks away as well.
- a taco truck that is god tier
Accommodations -
Best option
- AIRBNB like previous years and splitting the cost amongst everyone. (message people you know to shack up and secure a spot)
- I can find a few options if need be but it will be up to YOU & FRIENDS to coordinate and book the accommodation.

- Friendly competition
- Explore Venice Beach and tourist stuff
- BBQ at the Breakdown residence!!!!
- Fire pit with smores at Johnny's house
- Trivia and drinks
Day 3 (17Jan) -
- Hangover yoga/stretching
- Farewell shred at Venice Beach
- BBQ at Johnny's if people are up for it???
