Secret Sunrise is now active in 21 regions globally, and this Garden Route Secret Sunrise - is set to be your favorite summer activity of 2025!
New to Secret Sunrise? This is an activity you'll keep coming back for—perfect for the whole family!
Upon arrival, you'll receive headsets and be guided by our fun and professional facilitators,
who will support you to connect, move, and play!
We combine elements of movement, play, mindfulness, and fun connection—all through headphones.
All bodies, ages, genders, and fitness levels are welcome.

DRESS CODE: Dress up is always encouraged -------- YES TO ALL - your favorite bright, colourful & sparkly gear
