Coach Chelli is celebrating another year of sobriety, and she's inviting the community to celebrate something even bigger: The power of choosing yourself, one healthy decision at a time.
Whether you’re beginning your wellness journey, looking for encouragement, or simply want to spend a beautiful Sunday surrounded by positive people, this event was created with you in mind.

Begin the day by reconnecting with your breath, stretching your body, and centering your mind through a gentle yoga experience suitable for all levels.
💜 The Premiere of Mindful Muscle with Coach Chelli.💪🏽🙌🏽
Be one of the first to experience Coach Chelli’s signature rhythm-based strength practice.
Mindful Muscle is a full-body workout that blends functional strength training, intentional movement, and uplifting music into one empowering experience. Instead of counting reps, you’ll move with the rhythm, strengthen your cardiovascular system, improve balance and functional strength, and learn how to breathe through movement under tension. (BRING YOUR OWN: Yoga mat, weighted vest, light dumbbells, thigh resistance band)
Don’t count the reps… FEEL THE RHYTHM.

• Yoga mat (Recommended. Optional if Joining "Mindful Muscle" : Weighted Vest, 1 set of LIGHT dumbbells, 1 light resistance thigh band)
