There’s nothing quite like starting your Tuesday on a pool deck with the Miami sun just waking up.

Every week, Platform Wellness invites you to begin your day with movement, breath, and the kind of community that makes showing up feel easy.

Taking place on the 2nd Floor Pool Deck of The Meridian Hotel, Rise & Shine is a weekly outdoor yoga practice open to all levels…whether you’ve been practicing for years or you’re stepping on a mat for the first time.
