Rise & Reset: Design Your 2026 Vision + EFT Tapping After Heartbreak

You made it through 2025. But are you ready to stop carrying what it took from you?

Maybe your breakup shook more than just your relationship status. Maybe it rattled your confidence, your trust, your sense of who you are without them. Or maybe you're just exhausted from pretending you're fine when you're not.

2026 doesn't have to be more of the same.

This isn't another "new year, new me" workshop. This is a sacred 3-hour in-person experience in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria for women ready to release what 2025 took and rise into 2026 with clarity, intention, and unstoppable momentum.

You'll be in a room with women who understand. You'll do the real work—not just talk about it. And you'll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and ready to reclaim your life.

WHAT WE'LL DO TOGETHER:

Hour 1: Release What 2025 Took From You

We'll sit in a circle and create a safe container for truth-telling. You'll share what you're leaving behind in 2025—not just the relationship, but the identity you had, the limiting beliefs that kept you stuck, the fear that's been running the show.

Then I'll guide you through a powerful EFT tapping session to start releasing lingering resentment, sadness, and anger. We'll physically release what no longer serves you—crumpling and ripping the page that holds what you're letting go.

Hour 2: Rewire & Realign Your Identity

Who are you WITHOUT them? We'll do deep reflection work on your values, your desires, your non-negotiables. Not who you were in the relationship—who you're BECOMING.

We'll start to demolish common post-breakup limiting beliefs like "I wasted time," "I'll never find better," "I'm behind in life." Then I'll guide you through another EFT tapping session to rewire your worth and install new beliefs: "I am whole without a partner," "My best life is ahead of me."

Hour 3: Set Intentions & Rise

This is where you design your 2026 comeback. We'll set intentions (NOT resolutions!) across three categories: SELF (who you're becoming), LOVE (how you'll show up in relationships), LIFE (what you're creating).

You'll share one intention with the group—making it real, making it witnessed. Then we'll anchor your momentum with a final EFT tapping session: "I am rising. I am ready. I am unstoppable."

We'll close in a circle where each woman commits to one action she's taking in January. Optional group photo to commemorate your rising.

This workshop helps you START the healing process. I'm not promising magical healing in three hours—healing takes time. But you will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and ready to stop waiting for things to magically get better.

This is intimate, sacred work. Limited to 12-15 women to maintain a safe container.
