Join Jennifer as she guides you through an intentional meditation and journaling session while sipping on a warm cup of cacao to warm your heart with gratitude & embrace what you want to "state" as your new beginnings and manifestation. Then it's time to get cozy as Jennifer guides you through guided breath-work and a mind-body scan before drifting off to the healing sounds of the Koshi chimes, a gong, steele tongue drum and crystal singing bowls, along with the sounds of the ocean waves in the background.

In this hour, we will collectively melt away the patterns that are blocking you from your true power, purpose & potential. As you surrender to the harmonious sounds, experience a profound sense of clarity and inspiration, opening your mind to new possibilities and expansion. Step into true nervous system regulation, somatic reconnection & a renewed sense of being alive. This will be a very heart opening & healing experience. You will leave feeling grounded, open, aligned, and replenished, ready to move forward with clarity and purpose.

What to bring:

• wear or bring layers of clothes (it can get chilly as the sunsets)
• bring blankets, pillows, bolsters (anything that will help you feel comfortable laying on the earth)
• eye pillow or mask
• journal & pen
• water
• please arrive 15-30 mins early to find parking, for check-in and to get set-up/cozy
• recommend riding your bike or golf cart if you are a local
