Join us for a relaxing, intimate, and therapeutic morning by the water designed to help you slow down, regroup, and reconnect with yourself. Through breathwork, meditation, and journaling, we’ll create intentional space to reflect on the season we’re leaving behind, acknowledge what has changed, and consider what we’re being called toward next.
This is an opportunity to ask:
What am I ready to release? What needs my attention? What shifts are on the horizon? And how can I intentionally prepare for what’s next?

\- A light breakfast will be provided
\- $5 ticket price | Max. 10 people

WHAT TO BRING:
• A cozy blanket or yoga mat
• Your journal + something to write with
• Clothing appropriate for the morning weather (aka dress warm)
• An open mind and heart
