A Morning Sound Bath designed to gently Awaken your Energy, Refresh your Mind, and set the tone for a Harmonious Day.Give yourself the gift of a peaceful morning reset.
Rise, breathe, and bathe in sound.
Sound baths are powerful practices that promote inner peace, mental clarity, and emotional well-being. Each session includes a sound bath using a selection of different instruments, with guided breathwork and meditation.
The Morning Sound Bath Session are themed to drawing in Energy from the Sun, to awaken the Mind, Body and Soul.
What to bring with you & what to wear ~
- Mats and blankets are provided. (Please feel free to bring your own).
- If you would like to bring a pillow for comfort, please do.
- A bottle of water.
- Eye Pillow if you have one or a face cloth to cover the eyes. (This is personal preference and optional).
- Please wear comfortable warm clothing.

The door will open 5 minutes before so you can get settled before the session begins.
