Join us for Rise & Energize, a dynamic 90-minute class featuring a high-energy HIIT workout with Maria followed by a revitalizing yoga session with April, designed to kickstart your day at One Park Tower. What to Bring/Wear: Bring a mat or mat towel, water and sunglasses. Wear athletic wear to work out in. The first 30 attendees to arrive will receive a free mat towel from Alo Yoga!

April Gardner is a well-known Miami based fitness instructor that has been teaching fitness classes and experiences for over 8 years. April teaches a variety of yoga styles including Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Myofascial Release Yoga, Restorative Yin, Meditation and Sculpt & Pilates classes to students of all levels.

April currently teaching at one of the top fitness studios in Miami - Sol Yoga as well as Sunrise Yoga weekly on South Beach. She was also recently featured as the Visiting Wellness Master at Four Seasons Peninsula Papagayo, Costa Rica, and taught the opening yoga classes their Wellness Shala in December of 2023. For private clients, April travels to private concierge clients in Miami and celebrity tours.
