Due to the storm on 31st May we were unable to run this event. We have re-scheduled - great news for those that couldn't make it first time around!

This is a supportive, collaborative space to slow down, reflect, and gently make sense of where you are and what’s changing.
Together, Coral and Emma will guide you through a balance of conversation, self-reflection, and practical integration. Everything is invitational, unfolding as you are ready.
Coral will lead you through insights around change, transitions, and recognising when a new door is opening, followed by guided journalling to help you connect with what’s unfolding for you right now. A relaxed morning tea will be available as you take this time for yourself.
Emma will then support you to move through any uncertainty or second-guessing with gentle EFT/tapping, before guiding a meditation and energy work session to help you settle, integrate, and anchor a deeper sense of clarity.

We’ll close the workshop with a simple next step or starting point you can take with you.
You don’t need to have the answers. You just need to be open to exploring what’s there.
