This is your invitation to slow down, move your body and reconnect in nature 💫
Join me for a Flowdance Meditation in the beautiful park in Norwich
🗓 Sunday 5th July
🕙 10:00 AM
We’ll begin with a guided meditation wearing wireless headsets to help ground and create inner connection, gently dropping out of the busy mind and into the body
Then move into free flowing movement, no steps to follow, just your own rhythm, your own expression, your own release 💃
Afterwards, we’ll gather together, sit, connect, and enjoy a drink and sweet treat from the talented Nothing Fancy ☕🍰 situated in our beautiful park in the city centre
✨ This is a space to move freely, breathe deeply, feel grounded and reconnect with yourself under the open sky in nature 🌿
💛 Everyone is welcome here, all genders and all backgrounds.
Children are also welcome, however this is a somatic, immersive experience and parents will need to remain vigilant and responsible for supervising their children at all times, ensuring they stay close throughout.
This space is for anyone wanting a deeper connection to themselves so please consider whether this environment is suitable for your child and whether it supports your own full experience of the session 🙏🏼

☀️ Weather note: As this is an outdoor event, we’ll be keeping an eye on the forecast. If the weather is too wet or wild to go ahead, we may need to cancel close to the time, but the session will be rescheduled to the next available opportunity so no one misses out 💛
