What to Expect at our Norwich Lino Printing Workshop
You’ll be welcomed into the Artidote studio and guided through the printmaking process.
We start loose. No intensity. No seriousness.
We begin with simple design ideas and mark-making techniques, helping you understand how lino works, what to cut, what to leave, how images translate into print.
Once you're ready you can start:
- Carving your design.
- Rolling the ink.
- Pressing your print.
- The first reveal is really magical.
We'll be on hand to guide you, keeping things relaxed, clear and enjoyable. No complicated jargon. No art-school intensity.
By the end of the session, you’ll have produced your own printed pieces to take home.
All materials are provided. Just bring yourselves (and your drinks). Tea and coffee provided foc.
