Did you know that October is
Domestic Violence awareness month?
What a fun way to raise funds & awareness for Domestic Violence while honoring the memory of Gaston County’s own, precious Cyrus Blakney💜
Cyrus Blakney was a loving soul, with a bright future whose life was taken far too soon as a result of traumatic domestic violence & mental illness. A Gaston Gator's swimmer, he had many accomplishments including:
🥇200M breaststroke record 10&U boys
🥇Qualified for multiple NC Age Group Championship events.
Cyrus' love for Jesus shined through his relationships with others.
It's the Blakney family's prayer that through his love for Christ they can give back to the community that helped them when they were in need💜
Gather your TEAM of 4 to swim the Relay Race OR we will put a team together for you!
ALL ages & experience levels welcome!!
