Find it challenging to quiet your mind or stay present on your own?
Do you thrive with the structure and support of a group?
Join us for a small group guided meditation and reflection circle designed to help you cultivate inner harmony, creativity, and self-compassion. Each session includes guided meditation, mindful reflection, and optional sharing in a supportive and welcoming environment.
New and experienced meditators alike are welcomed to join! We'll explore unique forms of meditation including mantra, visualization, metta (loving-kindness), body scan & more over the course of the program.

Our meetings will take place Meetings will take place outdoors in Mill Valley, near downtown. In the case of inclement weather, we'll meet at a private residence near Mill Valley town.
Meeting dates: 2/25, 3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25 and 4/1 from 11:15am-12:15pm.
Wear something comfortable. Bring a journal, a pen, and an open heart.

Facilitator Info:
Kyla Hilboldt is the Founder of Waveflow and has spent over a decade building and scaling teams and businesses in the health and wellness industry. She has led group meditation and inquiry sessions for thousands of people—from individuals and studio classes to corporate groups.
Before founding Waveflow, Kyla helped grow the Operations and Business Development teams at SoulCycle, following an early career in Investment Banking.
As a facilitator, Kyla’s intention is to create an environment where participants are encouraged to choose courage, connect with purpose, and make meaningful decisions in the direction of their heart.
