​✈️ Day 1 (Sunday, Dec 27): The ATL Rendezvous Fly from your home city to meet the group at our Atlanta hub. We board together for our overnight flight to Brazil with a pre-departure toast! 🥂✈️
​🇧🇷 Day 2 (Monday, Dec 28): Arrival & Villa Vibes Land in Rio and head to our São Conrado sanctuary. Decompress by the pool before our In-Villa Sunset Welcome Reception. 🍹🌅
​🎨 Day 3 (Tuesday, Dec 29): Santa Teresa & Sunset Flavors Explore the bohemian hills of Santa Teresa followed by a curated dinner at a clifftop restaurant overlooking the city. 🏺🍴
​🚠 Day 4 (Wednesday, Dec 30): "Um Day No Rio" The icons! Private sunrise at Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, and the Selarón Steps—plus a traditional Brazilian buffet lunch. 🏔️🇧🇷
​✊ Day 5 (Thursday, Dec 31): Heritage & The Grand Gala A morning tour of Little Africa. At night, we don our All-White Excellence for the Grand Gala at Copacabana! 🎆🥂
​⚓ Day 6 (Friday, Jan 1): Recovery & Yacht Sunset A slow morning at the villa followed by an afternoon Private Yacht Charter. We’ll toast the new year on the water with curated refreshments and music. 🛥️🌊
​💆‍♀️ Day 7 (Saturday, Jan 2): The Glow-Up & Departure Our Spa Finale! Checkout and head to a luxury spa for a full morning of pampering. A final farewell lunch before our evening flights home. 🧖‍♀️✈️
​🏠 Day 8 (Sunday, Jan 3): Home Landing Arrive back in the US through ATL and head to your final destination. 🏡💖
​📝 Cancellation Policy:
​🔒 Non-Refundable Deposit: Your $1,000 deposit secures your exclusive room in the villa and is non-refundable.
​📅 Standard Cancellation: Cancellations before August 1, 2026, are eligible for a refund of monthly installments (less the deposit).
​🛑 Final Deadline: After September 1, 2026, all payments are final as international flight and villa balances are settled.
