Honoring Dan Ring and the love that he poured into his business, The Coop will be hosting a Ring's Restaurant Pop Up! Limited menu items will include Dan's Tartar Sauce, the Super Burger, and a few other special additions! Anything you miss? Feel free to leave a comment of what you'd like to see on the limited menu! Hours will be 4-7pm or until sold out.
How is The Coop connected to Ring's Restaurant? Alyssa (owner) is Dan Ring's Niece. Alyssa worked at the restaurant while in high school and has many fond memories of the food, the co-workers, and most importantly, Dan. Dan passed away in 2010 at the age of 50 from a massive heart attack. After Dan passed away, the restaurant was sold to Jack's Burger Shack, but then closed in 2015 and was eventually torn down and re-built to be Jimmy Johns.
