Schedule:

7:00 AM - Doors open and cooler checks begin
8:30 AM - Cooks meeting
9:00 AM - Cooking starts
2:00 PM - Chili ready for public tasting
3:00 PM - Official judging
5:00 PM - Awards Ceremony

Entry Options:

Chili Master - Traditional: $40 per entry for a shot at the grand cash prize. Check ticket entry for rules.

1st Place - $1500

2nd Place - $500

Chili Master - Wild West: $20 per entry, focusing on creativity and fun prizes. Check ticket entry for rules.

Professional Taste Tester - $10

Includes sample cups and wristband to taste every chili in the cookoff (While supplies last), and a token to vote for the peoples choice best chili of the day! Tasting begins at 2PM.
