Runners and racers! Join us to shake out the legs during a social shake out run at Gearhead Outfitters in downtown Grand Junction.
There will be shoe demos, swag and post run refreshments plus special shopping discounts for any last minute items for race day (gels anyone?)
All are welcome to join! You do not need to be a race participant, this will be a mellow all paces run led by professional coach and racer Coach Clayton with Collecting XP.
Timeline:
8:30am- doors open, shoe demos
9am- coach led warm-up and 5k shake out run (or walk)
9:30/10am- Refreshments, swag and shopping!
