Riley Little Miss/Mister Good Samaritan Pageant 2025

General Info:

• Registration required for pageant attendees. More instructions for People's Choice below.
• Once registration is completed, please send picture to [email protected] with participant name, age, and any interesting facts about them that you would like us to share on our social media page. By sending us this information, you're authorizing us to post your child's picture online.
• $5 entry fee at door to attend. Seating is limited to 168 guests (150 chairs). Guests 10 years and younger free.
• Concessions offered.

People's Choice Information (required):

• Provide and distribute any jar to community businesses to collect money for your People's Choice Contestant by February 21st.
• The parent and participant is responsible for asking the businesses for permission to place jar there.
• Once your money is counted, bring check/money order to Good Samaritan Gift Shop with your participant's name in the Memo Line or you can mail to "Attn: Auxiliary/Volunteer Services" 520 S 7th Street in Vincennes, IN. 47591. Please make checks/money order payable to Good Samaritan Hospital Auxiliary. Deadline is February 25th by 4pm.

Model Release:

I hereby grant permission to the rights of my and/or my child’s photos to be released to Good Samaritan Auxiliary & Marketing Department. I understand that the image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my and/or my child’s likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my and/or my child’s image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse settings within an unrestricted geographic area.

By registering for this event, I understand that my and/or my child’s name and photos will be released to Good Samaritan Auxiliary & Marketing Department.

By registering for this event, I understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me and/or my child may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in the public setting.

There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.

By registering for this event, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for informational purposes.
