This Holiday Season Shop locally for unique gifts at Riker Art Glass Holiday Sale with Cat Riker Art. Bill Riker has been blowing glass in Rhode Island since 1973 when he moved here to attend Rhode Island School of Design. After graduating RISD with a Master of Fine Arts degree in 1975 he opened Riker Art Glass. In 2001 he moved his studio to East Providence. Back in his original studio he used to open the doors once a year for a Holiday Sale and this year we’re bringing it back! You will be able to shop from 50 years worth of glass art! We’ll be showcasing his current line of work and also the one-offs from previous styles and seconds.
Cat Riker is Bill’s daughter who’s dabbled in different art mediums! In 2024 she launched Cat Riker Art- Miniatures created using mostly natural materials to inspire people to take a closer look at nature. She’ll be debuting her natural line at this sale and selling ceramics.
