LIVE TRAINING - New Hire & Initial - Rights, Reporting and HCBS Settings Requirements

A general overview of Rights for persons with IDD/ABD, and Home & Community Based Settings (HCBS) Rule expectations. Also includes an overview on modification of rights, as well as the NH BDS complaint report process and contact information.

This class is equivalent to and combines & replaces the two separate modules (Rights & Reporting & HCBS Settings Rule) previously required by MDS employees and providers.

Training will take place in the Male-Dyer room.
