Riggs Company Provisions Presents- Holiday Cooking

Nervous about the holidays? Not sure how much to cook, what to cook, or how to actually do the cooking? We will go over all of that! Here's what the class will teach you:

• Planning the meal- making sure you have enough food for the number of people you invite
• Going over a Menu- we will create a menu together to come up with a game plan for the week before you host your event, including making a shopping list
• My Favorite Tools- My favorite kitchen tools could be yours too! I will review the tools I use frequently and those that are a waste of money. These could be good holiday gifts for someone!
• Cooking!- Everyone will roast a chicken. This will be hands-on, where everyone will get a chicken and learn how to season it and how to cook it properly. Roasting a chicken is a perfect skill that everyone should know how to do and do it confidently. Plus, you will get to go home with a perfectly roasted chicken for yourself!
