RIF 2025: Glassmouth

Glassmouth is a chaotic hardcore/mathcore band from the depths of metropolitan Singapore. The noise is presented through complex confessional arrangements; the outfit plays for their goddamned lives. Contemporaneous trends are shed, aesthetics are eschewed.

What you see isn’t what you get. A magic show put on by patients in a sanatorium.

About RIF

Established in 2017, RIF is an entirely student-led music festival staged annually in the heart of LASALLE. The festival, known as the Rock and Indie Festival, aims to continually provide a platform for local musicians and small business owners to showcase their crafts.

In an age of polished production, RIF25: (un)filtered hopes to highlight the raw, unfiltered creativity that defines today's music scene. Festival goers can expect an exciting line-up of artists, both established and upcoming, and a fully fledged Festival Village showcasing a variety of businesses selling everything from crafts to clothes. This year, we aim to amplify the voices of emerging artists who are pushing boundaries, crafting their own sounds, and creating communities through their work.

Admission Rules

Entry Requirement:

• Admission to the venue by valid e-ticket. Please show the ticket via Eventbrite app or screenshot of your ticket.
• Patrons are encouraged to enter the venue 10 minutes prior to the start of the event. Bag checks will be conducted.
• Walk-in patrons will be allowed depending on the availability of venue. Patrons with tickets will take priority.
• Patrons who fail to show up upon the start of the event will be given a 5 minutes grace period before their slot will be forfeited and be given to walk-in patrons.
• RIF 2025 reserves the right to deny entry if the venue exceeds maximum capacity.

Admission Policy and Security Advisory:

• Please put your mobile device on silent mode.
• For your own safety, patrons to the FLEXI are required to undergo a bag check that will be set up outside the FLEXI space. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items at RIF 2025.
• Patrons are advised against fighting, pushing and violence.
• Patrons are not permitted around the lighting and audio booth.
• Please treat our staff with respect. Abusive behaviour will result in a removal of the premise.
• Prohibited items will be confiscated if found on your person.

Prohibited Items:

• Food and beverages (including alcoholic beverages)
• Weapons and sharp objects (knives, swords, blades)
• Tobacco products and vaping devices
• Controlled drugs and psychotropic substances (all kinds, with the exception of light Medic*tion)
• Explosive and fireworks (inclusive of flammable items/liquids)
• Air horns or noisemakers
• Flags
• Bicycles, skates, scooters or skateboards
• Selfie sticks, tripods and monopods

Audio, Photography & Videography Policy:

• No flash photography or videography is allowed.
• Live streaming of the event is prohibited.
• All photos and videos taken by our photographer and videographer during the duration of RIF 2025 will be used for documentation and promotional purposes. By agreeing to this form, you consent to allow us to use any images or videos photographed during the event that may include you for all editions of the Rock and Indie Festival (RIF) marketing materials.
• Should there be any inappropriate use of photos or videos taken, please send us an email at RIF LASALLE <[email protected]> or DM us on Instagram @lasallerif for further discussion and negotiation. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties, this clause will apply to all occurrences of the activities during RIF 2025.
• Should you disagree with the above, please inform a RIF committee member before entering the venues - FLEXI and Campus Green for directions to a no-photo zone.
