Programme Overview
This Rider Performance Intensive is designed as two consecutive training days.
Each day stands alone, yet together they create a powerful progression from foundation and awareness to confidence and performance.
• Day 1: Flatwork, balance, posture, and awareness
• Day 2: Jumping, confidence, and performance under pressure
Riders may attend either day independently or both days for deeper integration and lasting change.

If you want to up your game in the saddle and really develop feel and balance to improve your horse - this is the workshop for you!
This immersive day of training will give you time to focus on you as a rider both in and out of the saddle that will leave you feeling energised and inspired.
Day 1 Itinerary: (8.30am - 5pm)
Mindful Breakfast with delicious freshly baked pastries, Tea and Coffee
Rider alignment and Postural Assessment dismounted session
45 Minute In Saddle Session with EQ Bands
Scrummy Lunch with reflections and discussion
Afternoon Ridden Sessions developing your own process
Video Feedback from the morning or supported training reflections and forward planning
Group reflections over tea and cake
Day 2 Itinerary: (8.30am - 5pm)
Mindful Breakfast with delicious freshly baked pastries, Tea and Coffee
Ridden sessions designed to explore your current starting point, Flat to Pole/ jump integrated session
Another scrummy Lunch with reflections and discussion
Afternoon ridden sessions developing the from the morning where you can build and challenge or consolidate your training with Gymnastic pole or jump exercises designed to flex your performance skills.
Group reflections over tea and cake

Mindset and performance techniques will be woven in throughout the day with off horse postural and position exploration and opportunities to reflect and learn from each other

Light Breakfast on arrival where you will set your intentions for your days training and Lunch is included

Price Per Training Day: £160.00 Per Person including Breakfast and Lunch and refreshments

Non-refundable deposit to secure the space £55, Remaining Balance Payable 10 days prior to the clinic
Early Bird: £140.00 / day - pay in full by 5th February
Places are limited to 6 riders per day to give a really personal training experience.
There is also a non riding option £50.00 / Day
There are a maximum of 6 ridden spaces per day on this clinic to ensure real quality learning and experience for those attending. We welcome an additional few attendees without horses who would like to learn and observe the ridden and take part in the off horse elements.
