9am- Group Unmounted Fitness Screening
This fun team building movement screen takes you head to toe through what is most needed as an athlete- specifically an equestrian athlete. Your score on the screen identifies how at risk for injury you are and sorts specific exercises and movement patterns you can try to reduce that injury risk and enhance the performance of you and your horse!
11am- Lunch break
12pm- Small Group Mounted Lessons
Learn about embodiment and the nervous system as it relates to your riding and put into practice what you learned in the unmounted session. Get a real feel for how your body influences and affects your horse.
Non- riding participant (attend morning session and audit afternoon sessions)- $50
Riding Participant (attend morning session and ride in an afternoon group session)- $150
Haul ins welcome and limited school horses available.
