Ride to Kodaikanal & Munnar

Open to all riders with 150 cc or above bikes 

• Days: Thursday to Monday
• Duration: 4 Nights 5 Days
• Round trip distance: 1200 Kms (approximately)

Per rider/pillion OR bring your own car (Minimum of 3 people per car)

Accommodation on Double sharing basis: (Inclusive of 18% GST)

·        Min 12 people: Rs. 28999/-

·        18 people & above: Rs. 26999/-

Accommodation for single person in a room: (Inclusive of 18% GST)

·        Min 12 people: Rs. 43999/-

·        Min 18 people & above: Rs. 41999/-

Early bird offer ends on 9th November or once we reach 20 people whichever happens first

 Rules to avail early bird offer: 

1. ₹14000/- (advance amount) needs to be paid & google form duly filled on or before 9th November 2025 to avail the Early Bird offer.

2. The remaining amount needs to be paid before 5th December 2025 failing which it will *NOT* be considered as an Early Bird registration & the package prevailing at that time will be considered.

3. ₹ 14000/- (advance amount) is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

Please be aware the dates chosen for the ride is a peak holiday season and we sincerely hope you understand & confirm your participation asap and avail the early bird offer

Refund & Cancellation policy for this ride:

This policy applies ONLY to the difference amount that needs to be paid on or before 5th December 2025 and the advance amount of Rs. 14000/- is NON-REFUNDABLE

1. All riders are expected to confirm their participation for the ride by transferring the difference amount before 5th December 2025
2. We would like you not to cancel your participation but in case you must then if the cancellation is done more than 15 days prior to the ride 50% of the difference amount will be refunded
3.  If cancellation is done less than 15 days prior to the ride then NO amount will be refunded.
4. All registrations shall be first come first serve basis only. 

Itinerary:

Day 1: Bengaluru - Hosur - Dharmapuri - Salem - Dindigul - Batlagundu - Kodaikanal

• Report at PES South Campus Hosur Road @ 6:00 AM.
• Ride to Kodaikanal have breakfast on the way.
• Reach place of stay by afternoon and have lunch.
• Day ends with dinner.

Day 2: Kodaikanal

• Finish breakfast and visit some sight-seeing spots around Kodaikanal.
• Day ends with dinner.

Day 3: Kodaikanal – Sengaldupatty – Theni – Pooppara - Munnar

• Finish breakfast and ride towards Munnar.
• Reach place of stay by afternoon and have lunch.
• Day ends with dinner.

Day 4: Munnar

• Finish breakfast and visit some sight-seeing spots around Munnar.
• Day ends with dinner.

Day 5: Munnar - Udumalaipettai - Tiruppur - Salem - Dharmapuri - Hosur - Bengaluru

• Finish breakfast and depart to Bengaluru.

Inclusions:

• Breakfast high tea and mineral water on all days.
• Dinner on Days 1 to 4.
• Soft copy of the photos taken during the ride.
• Accommodation on double sharing basis / single person in a room
• Mechanic for bikes & backup vehicle to carry luggage.
• First-aid and puncture kits in case of an emergency.

The following is MANDATORY for all riders and pillions (if any) for all rides at Highwaymen:

1. FULL FACE HELMETS.
2. Riding jackets or Jackets with Elbow Guards.
3. Riding pants or Jeans with Knee Guards.
4. Riding Shoes or Sports Shoes.
5. Rear view mirrors on your bikes.
6. Masks / Bandanas / Balaclavas. 

Rules & Regulations:

1. Riders are recommended to come in proper riding gear preferably riding jackets gloves boots and helmet. 
2. Please do not wear shorts for the ride. 
3. Denims or Jeans is recommended. 
4. Full Face Helmet is compulsory for both rider and pillion (if any). 
5. No rider will be allowed to start the ride without any of the above. 
6. Riders at Highwaymen need to adhere to all the road rules at any point of time. 
7. Highwaymen are not responsible for any violation of rules by any of its participants and the consequences and/or fines should be borne by the concerned participants.
8. Adequate food and snacks will be provided throughout the ride cost of anything extra must be borne by the participants.
9. Alcoholic drinks are strictly not allowed on the rides. 
10. Riders must ride in the pre-defined routes and not deviate from it for any reason. 
11. In case of an emergency for any of the riders all the other riders are required to cooperate. 
12. Highwaymen assume that all riders possess good riding skills and are not beginners. 
13. A valid Driver’s license (DL) is a mandatory requirement for the riders. 
14. Every rider is requested to carry all the documents related to the vehicle throughout the ride.  

Dos and Don’ts: 

1. Always ride in a group as we appreciate riders to ride in a group unless there is any emergency or nature's call. 
2. Use HAND SIGNALLING to guide the rider behind you and relay the signals which is given to you by the rider ahead of you.
3. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR MIRROR to check the rider behind you. 
4. Carry all the documents including Driving License (DL) Registration Certificate (RC) Insurance etc. 
5. Never race each other on the ride. It is a ride not a race. 
6. Carry sufficient cash to meet any unforeseen eventualities. 
7. Do not consume alcohol at least 48 hours before the ride.
