Open to all riders with 150 cc or above bikes
- Days: Thursday to Monday
- Duration: 4 Nights 5 Days
- Round trip distance: 1200 Kms (approximately)
PACKAGE COST:
Per rider/pillion OR bring your own car (Minimum of 3 people per car)
Accommodation on Double sharing basis: (Inclusive of 18% GST)

Accommodation for single person in a room: (Inclusive of 18% GST)
· Min 12 people: Rs. 49999/-
Last date to register: 5th December 2025
Refund & Cancellation policy for this ride:
- All riders are expected to confirm their participation for the ride by transferring the amount before 5th December 2025
- We would like you not to cancel your participation, but in case you must, then if the cancellation is done more than 15 days prior to the ride, 50% of the amount will be refunded
- If cancellation is done less than 15 days prior to the ride, then NO amount will be refunded.
- All registrations shall be first come first serve basis only.
Itinerary:
Day 1: Bengaluru - Hosur - Dharmapuri - Salem - Dindigul - Batlagundu - Kodaikanal
- Report at PES South Campus Hosur Road @ 6:00 AM.
- Ride to Kodaikanal have breakfast on the way.
- Reach place of stay by afternoon and have lunch.
- Day ends with dinner.
Day 2: Kodaikanal
- Finish breakfast and visit some sight-seeing spots around Kodaikanal.
- Day ends with dinner.
Day 3: Kodaikanal – Sengaldupatty – Theni – Pooppara - Munnar
- Finish breakfast and ride towards Munnar.
- Reach place of stay by afternoon and have lunch.
- Day ends with dinner.
Day 4: Munnar
- Finish breakfast and visit some sight-seeing spots around Munnar.
- Day ends with dinner.
Day 5: Munnar - Udumalaipettai - Tiruppur - Salem - Dharmapuri - Hosur - Bengaluru
- Finish breakfast and depart to Bengaluru.
Inclusions:
- Breakfast high tea and mineral water on all days.
- Dinner on Days 1 to 4.
- Soft copy of the photos taken during the ride.
- Accommodation on double sharing basis / single person in a room
- Mechanic for bikes & backup vehicle to carry luggage.
- First-aid and puncture kits in case of an emergency.

The following is MANDATORY for all riders and pillions (if any) for all rides at Highwaymen:
- FULL FACE HELMETS.
- Riding jackets or Jackets with Elbow Guards.
- Riding pants or Jeans with Knee Guards.
- Riding Shoes or Sports Shoes.
- Rear view mirrors on your bikes.
- Masks / Bandanas / Balaclavas.
Rules & Regulations:
- Riders are recommended to come in proper riding gear preferably riding jackets gloves boots and helmet.
- Please do not wear shorts for the ride.
- Denims or Jeans is recommended.
- Full Face Helmet is compulsory for both rider and pillion (if any).
- No rider will be allowed to start the ride without any of the above.
- Riders at Highwaymen need to adhere to all the road rules at any point of time.
- Highwaymen are not responsible for any violation of rules by any of its participants and the consequences and/or fines should be borne by the concerned participants.
- Adequate food and snacks will be provided throughout the ride cost of anything extra must be borne by the participants.
- Alcoholic drinks are strictly not allowed on the rides.
- Riders must ride in the pre-defined routes and not deviate from it for any reason.
- In case of an emergency for any of the riders all the other riders are required to cooperate.
- Highwaymen assume that all riders possess good riding skills and are not beginners.
- A valid Driver’s license (DL) is a mandatory requirement for the riders.
- Every rider is requested to carry all the documents related to the vehicle throughout the ride.
Dos and Don’ts:
- Always ride in a group as we appreciate riders to ride in a group unless there is any emergency or nature's call.
- Use HAND SIGNALLING to guide the rider behind you and relay the signals which is given to you by the rider ahead of you.
- KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR MIRROR to check the rider behind you.
- Carry all the documents including Driving License (DL) Registration Certificate (RC) Insurance etc.
- Never race each other on the ride. It is a ride not a race.
- Carry sufficient cash to meet any unforeseen eventualities.
- Do not consume alcohol at least 48 hours before the ride.
