Info: On Wednesday, the Colonial Crafts will begin shuttling between Chicago and Grand Rapids on the rear of Amtrak’s “Pere Marquette”. You can buy one-way tickets to or from Grand Rapids, or you can save some money by purchasing a Round-Trip Package. Your Round Trip Package can originate in Chicago for those who are staying there, or it can originate in Grand Rapids for folks from Michigan who want to visit Chicago. This will be our first annual “Michigan in May” excursion on the Colonial Crafts! This year, we are traveling between Chicago, and Grand Rapids, Michigan during the week of Tulip Festival in Holland, Michigan. In 2027, we plan to take the Colonial Crafts from Chicago to Detroit and in 2028, we will travel on the Amtrak “Blue Water” route to beautiful Port Huron.
