About this Event
Ride & Recover — A Dirt Therapy Riding Experience
Ride & Recover is one pillar of the broader Dirt Therapy approach — supporting riders through:
- Skills development (WRN — Wrench • Ride • Nav)
- Thoughtful riding experiences
- Recovery and resilience practices
Each Ride & Recover event stands on its own, while also fitting into a bigger picture:
Riding well — and riding longer.
✔ Curated and intentional
✔ Wellness-forward
✔ Small-group, premium experience
✔ Designed for longevity
Part of the Dirt Therapy System✖ Not a race
✖ Not a skills clinic
✖ Not a hard-enduro day
Ride & Recover is ideal for:
- Adventure and dual-sport riders with basic off-road experience
- Riders who value longevity, health, and sustainability
- People balancing riding with work, family, and recovery needs
- Those curious about integrating wellness into their riding life
What Ride & Recover Is — and Isn’tThis experience is about feeling good tomorrow, not just finishing strong today.
Ride & Recover is built around three integrated components.
🏍 The Ride
A curated adventure or dual-sport route designed to be:
- Enjoyable and engaging — not punishing
- Appropriate for intermediate ADV / dual-sport riders (2-Up friendly routes available)
- Focused on flow, scenery, and rhythm
- Structured with thoughtful pacing, regrouping, and rider support
Routes may be delivered through a GPS-guided format with sweep support, allowing riders to move at a natural pace while ensuring the group remains connected and supported throughout the day.
This is not a guided tour and not a hard-charging ride.
It’s a deliberately paced riding experience designed to leave riders energized — not emptied.
♨️ The Recover
After the ride, participants transition directly into a structured recovery environment, which may include:
- Hot / cold contrast therapy
- Sauna or thermal circuits
- Quiet rest and decompression
- Optional light movement or stretching
Recovery venues and formats vary by event, but the intent is consistent:
to support circulation, reduce fatigue, and help the body fully downshift after exertion.
🍷 The Reconnect
The day concludes with an evening social gathering at a premium local restaurant, featuring:
- Aperitivos and relaxed dining
- Open discussion reflecting on the day’s ride
- Informal conversation around wellness, recovery, and riding longevity
Who This Is ForThis final phase is intentional — creating space for riders to integrate the experience, build community, and leave feeling restored rather than rushed.
Most riding events end the same way: tired, sore, hungry, and driving home already behind on recovery.
Ride & Recover flips that model.
Instead of pushing through and dealing with the consequences later, riders transition directly from the saddle into intentional recovery — supporting longevity, resilience, and long-term enjoyment of the sport.
This experience is about:
- Event Format: Ride → Recover → Reconnect
- Riding with intention, not urgency
- Managing effort and fatigue
- Supporting the body and nervous system after exertion
- Creating space to reset — physically and mentally
Ride & Recover is a Dirt Therapy experience designed for riders who want more than just a great day on the bike.
It pairs a deliberate, well-paced ride with a structured recovery experience — allowing riders to finish the day restored rather than depleted.
At its core, Ride & Recover is simple:
Ride well. Recover properly. Ride again — stronger.
The Ride & Recover PhilosophyThis is not a race.
It’s not a skills clinic.
It’s a carefully designed experience for riders playing the long game.
