We invite you all to this year's Ride 4 Raz, in memory of Nic 'Razziel' Simpson who passed away a few years ago due to cancer. We also invite anyone who wants to ride as a middle finger salute to Cancer, be it in memory of someone you know who has battled against cancer, for yourself if you have managed to beat it, or in general to support saying Fuck Cancer!
The ride is from Biker Gear Superstore in Warrington to the Mushroom Hall Pub in Swadlingcote (where Joe, Raz's husband, now lives) and raise funds for St Roccos Hospice, where Raz spent her last days.
We ask for a minimum donation from each rider of £5. We can order Ride for Raz patches (£10), year bars (£5) and tshirts (£20) for collection on the day up until 20/07/26 or after that we can mail them out at buyer expense.
Meeting at Biker Gear Superstore in Warrington at 10am (breakfast, snacks and hot drinks available from the cafe), we are leaving at 10.30am sharp. Please arrive with a full tank of fuel.
We head down the A roads to the Mushroom Hall Pub in Swadlingcote, which is laying on a band, caterer, raffle and more. They have also offered the opportunity for us to sleep over in the pub (in a shared common room), so if you want to stay over, please bring your own sleeping arrangements. We will all Ride back together on the Sunday (after breakfast).
The route is not 125 friendly unfortunately (we are using a different route to previous years).
