A surf instructor tries to teach a class to the audience which gets off-tracked by details revealed about himself, facing the consequences of his actions, and trying to do what's best. Will Ricky Ocean work out his ocean obsession and learn to love it in a healthy way, or continue to hold on by the thread of his O'Neill flip flops? Hmmmm...
