Join us for the Richmond R&B Neo Soul Wine, Food, & Music Festival as we welcome live bands, wines, and vendors. Bring an appetite for great music, wine, and food. Enjoy the fresh air and the amazing sounds of summer!!

We expect a sold-out event.

Vendor spaces are 10x10.

Food vendor spaces are 10x15.

Food trucks and trailers are welcomed.

Vendors provide their own tables, tent, chair and cloth.

Vendors will receive a vending information packet one week before the event. Which will include load in and out information.

Vendors are not allowed to sell any beverages.

This is an outdoor event rain or shine.

Vendor sign up is on a first come basis.

Vendor spots are very limited.

All staff must be 21 or over.

All tents must be weighted down to the ground using tent sandbags or weighted plates. (Most stores that sell camping gear will sell weights) Walmart, Dicks Sporting Goods or Amazon would be a good place to check first. Please DO NOT use anchored spikes!

1) Food Vendors Requirements

• Temporary Food Establishment (TFE) Permit

• Food vendors must have a certificate of insurance (COI).
• If a vendor is selling food related items such as hot sauce, honey, jerky they will also be required to submit a certificate of insurance and abide by health department and business license requirements.
• Pre-packaged food (chips, sodas, water, candy) your organization's insurance will cover this and nothing else is needed.
• All other food items (hamburgers, BBQ, fries, anything not pre-packaged) you will have to go through the health department and abide by their requirements.
