Richie Callison is the former Lead Vocalist for Geezer Butler of Black Sabbath fame. More recently, Richie was Lead Vocalist/Guitarist with A&M Recording artist Head East (2001-2006). He had since released a number of albums, which include the track “Never Say Goodbye”, which is the title track of the 50th anniversary documentary for K-SHE radio in St Louis, Mo. His most recent single “The man U want me 2 B” is gaining traction with rock radio worldwide. His 2026 performances are all solo acoustic and “live” radio promo dates. The full electric band concert dates will resume in November 2026.
Richie Callison developed a huge Illinois fan following in the earlier days when he played 300+ shows a year with a very popular band called TROUPE. As Vocalist and Bassist for Troupe followers recognized his talent and musical artisanship before the rest of the world. Richie is happy to bring his Solo Acoustic Show back to his Illinois friends and fans once again.
