About this Event
"Novelty Generator” is a collaborative audiovisual installation that invites visitors to create music and video together using a collection of custom-designed electronic instruments, video effects, and props. Participants are encouraged to experiment, improvise, and collaborate with one another to generate an evolving audiovisual performance full of unexpected creative outcomes. No previous artistic or musical experience required. All are welcome."
About the Artist:
Richie Brown has been working as both a commercial and fine artist for over a decade across mediums including animation, performance art, installation art, projection mapping, and illustration. His work has been featured on Adult Swim, Giphy, VICE, and Netflix. Richie’s current focus centers on interactive art experiences, particularly experimental workshops under the name Strange Rainbow, where participants are invited to explore creativity through playful disruption and process-based experimentation.
