Ricardo is an independent short film about identity, belonging, family, and the quiet tension between the person the world sees, and the person we are still becoming.

Born from a deeply personal and multicultural perspective, the film explores what happens when the boundaries between heritage, expectation, and self-discovery begin to blur.

Recipient of the Kickstarter XL Filmmaking Content Lab Award, Official Selection of Miami's Urban Film Festival, Finalist within the internationally renowned Lonely Wolf International Film Festival, and soon to be featured in Indie Shorts Magazine by Critic Adrían Perez, Ricardo returns home to Chicago for a special evening screening at Landmark Century Centre Cinema.
