Each team will get a 12x12 space to work with, and 6 racks of ribs, and 1, 10lb bag of wings to cook however they'd like!
No electricity will be provided.
Prizes : Cash prizes: $500 first place, $300 second, $250 third and $200 people's choice.
Location: Top of the Grandstands at the Dubuque County Fair
Times: Saturday, July 26th - Check in 8am, Turn In at 2pm.
People's Choice awards for both wings, and ribs to be given out also!
