We have a very unqiue dessert that is called "shaved snow". It differs from shaved ice (flavor poured over ice), but instead it is icecream that is shaved into a snow-like consistency. It is light and fluffy! Then we present it on a frozen plate with toppings. It is a beautiful plate worthy of a good photo before diving into total deliciousness! We boast our low calorie snow base, and then excuse the calories you decide to add in toppings. This dessert is like no other, and Lakeland is already loving it!
