At the heart of the restaurant is Executive Chef Kausik Roy, whose years working in Mediterranean and North African kitchens have shaped a menu built around craftsmanship, tradition, and bold flavor. From house-baked flatbreads with pistachio butter and in-house marinated kabobs to traditional clay-pot tagines and seafood flatbreads, every dish is thoughtfully prepared and personally overseen by Chef Roy.
