We are celebrating the grand opening of Inner Healing Therapy’s new private practice location in Aurora! This ribbon cutting marks an exciting milestone as we expand our services and strengthen our commitment to supporting the mental health and emotional wellness of individuals and families in our community.
Inner Healing Therapy provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health therapy for children, teens, and adults. We specialize in emotional regulation, trauma recovery, grief support, and anxiety management, using approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to help clients heal, grow, and thrive.
