A public celebration is planned at Fairview in Groton, Connecticut to officially unveil the new Chelsea Cottage Sales Office for the Vista Point expansion.
The cottage is named in honor of Chelsea Groton Bank, whose Foundation made the original grant to bring Chelsea Cottage to life.
This is a joint event with Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce, Ocean Community Chamber of Commerce and Eastern Connecticut Chamber of Commerce.
