Ribbon-Cutting Celebration and Awards Ceremony on Monday 10 February 2025

Your thinking partners with not-for-profit Enclave Academy would be honored if you joined us for the ribbon-cutting celebration of our new headquarters on the Braveheart Campus in Schaumburg, IL, and for marking the start of our ninth year supporting the economic development of our region.

Elected thinkers will speak about their steadfast commitment to the training and development of entrepreneurs, small business owners and managers, and other job-creating, value-generating, and difference-making leaders. Valuable business-building resources will be announced and offered.

Since 2017, Enclave Academy is a high-impact microlearning community for psychologically and emotionally strengthening its thinker-doer participants and the countless others they influence.

Enclave Academy offers immediately actionable coursework, coaching, and collaboration in decision-critical thinking skills (i.e., metacognition) and related nonclinical behavioral psychology. The human element of economic development involves enriching and expanding core cognitive competencies of leaders, so they are likely to more rapidly develop and sustain the longevity of their organizations.
