NO onsite cooking permitted.
All ribs must be cooked OFFSITE and brought ready to serve.
Pork ribs only:
• Baby Back
• St. Louis Style
ALL entry fees and tasting ticket sales go directly into the cash prize pot.
CONTESTANT INFO:
$25 entry fee
Minimum of 2 full racks required
Contestants must provide enough tasting portions for the 3 official judges

Official judging will be based on:
Taste
Tenderness
Appearance
Overall Impression
