Rhythms of Reflection
Rhythms of Reflection is a guided meditation and live ambient guitar experience born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and now held in San Diego. It is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reflect.
For our second gathering in San Diego, we are offering an introductory 60% discounted rate ($20). Future ticket prices will be around $50.
The experience combines ceremonial cacao, a deeply visual guided meditation, and live improvised psychedelic ambient guitar into one unique experience. The cacao, the meditation, and the music all work together to create a calm, introspective atmosphere.
The guided meditation is beginner-friendly, improvised, and centered around visualization, emotional awareness, and presence. Throughout the experience, the music is performed live and improvised in real time. Because both the meditation and the music are improvised, every ceremony unfolds a little differently.
This is for anyone looking to relax, reflect, listen to live music, explore something new, or simply have a different kind of night out. It’s part guided meditation, part live concert experience. Come solo, bring a partner, or bring a friend. No meditation experience is needed.

• Yoga mat (or something comfortable to lie on)
A limited number of yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets will be available free of charge.

Participation in the ceremonial cacao is completely optional. You’re welcome to simply enjoy the meditation and live music if you prefer.
Important Safety Information
Please do not participate in the ceremonial cacao if you are currently taking antidepressants or other MAOI-related medications, have a serious heart condition, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, or if you are pregnant.
