Rhythms of Reflection (Cacao + Guided Meditation + Live Ambient Guitar)

Rhythms of Reflection is a guided meditation and live ambient guitar experience born in HCMC, Vietnam and currently being held in San Diego. It is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reflect.

The experience combines ceremonial cacao, deeply visual guided meditation, and live improvised psychedelic ambient guitar into one unique experience. The cacao, the meditation, and the music all work together to create a calm, introspective atmosphere.

The guided meditation is beginner-friendly, improvised, and centered around visualization, emotional awareness, and presence. Throughout the experience, the music is performed live and improvised in real time to support and deepen the atmosphere as it unfolds.

This is for anyone looking to relax, reflect, listen to live music, explore something new, or simply have a different kind of night out. It’s part guided meditation, part live concert experience. Come solo, bring a partner, or bring a friend. No meditation experience is needed.

Schedule:

4:00 PM – Arrival and settling in

4:15 PM – Cacao served

4:30 PM – Guided meditation and live music journey

5:45 PM – Optional group sharing and reflection

6:00 PM – Closing
