Yoga Amansala presents COMMUNITY – a yoga and dance collective that brings house music and people together to flow, dance, and celebrate.
Yoga and dance are timeless expressions of the human spirit woven into countless traditions throughout history.
The gathering starts with a soul-nourishing yoga session that grounds and unites our bodies, minds, and hearts. Afterward, we let the rhythm of dance carry us into soulful movement and celebration.
Dancing together taps into something primal within us. It’s not just about moving to the beat; it’s about feeling alive, connecting with others, and expressing ourselves without words.
In these moments of movement, we’re free from worries and insecurities, simply embracing joy and the rhythm of life.

Yoga Amansala is more than a yoga studio, it’s a gathering space for the community. From rejuvenating yoga classes to uplifting events, Yoga Amansala fosters connections that bring Alameda neighbors together in wellness and friendship.
DJ skycat
Originally from San Francisco, currently based in Oakland, DJ skycat offers a genre-bending selection of explorative and kinetic sets. Having a deep appreciation for the culture of house music, skycat brings the ‘shimmer’ and the ‘thump’ in equal measures.
