Welcome to Rhythmic Somatic Dance: Rhythmic Alchemy.
This month we dive into a Root Chakra Alchemy Session - to restore safety and stability in your body and your life. In collaboration with Kat George, the founder of Empowered Alchemy by Kat George.

This session is a gentle and grounding journey designed to reconnect participants with safety in the body and release limiting beliefs held in the Root Chakra.

We begin with a Yoga Nidra- inspired meditation, inviting golden light to flow through the body and expand into the energy field, creating a sense of calm, safety, and connection.

Participants will then be guided into awareness of the Root Chakra - the energetic centre associated with survival, stability, and belonging - where they will explore and release stored emotional patterns through simple tapping techniques and affirmations.

The session integrates the Ruby Ray, an energetic frequency associated with strength, courage, and grounded vitality.

From this grounded state, participants will be invited to transition into movement and dance, learning how to use breath, awareness, and heart-centred intention to move energy through the body and release tension across all layers of the nervous system.

This experience supports participants in feeling more present, connected, and embodied as they enter the dance space, facilitated by DJ Lenny Lens. Expect original composition and deep, progressive beats.
