This APRIL, join the Queens and Diva's as we celebrate dance with some Pride Anthems! 🌈
The choreography taught on the day will be 360 by Charli XCX, selected by popular vote on our Instagram poll.
Step into the spotlight and unleash your inner pop-star queen or king with Glam Jam Fitness – a high-energy, dance fitness class that’s all about good vibes, fierce moves, and fun you can feel celebrating dance and community.
No matter what level you are glam jam is all about connecting with music, feeling good, dance and community.This class is designed so anyone can participate.
What to Expect:
- Easy-to-follow, fun continuous choreography
- Full-body workout disguised as a party
- Expect back-to-back bops, perfectly curated to keep you moving and vibing from start to finish.
- A welcoming, non-judgy vibe for all fitness levels
- Endorphins. Sass. Sweat. Repeat.
- No dance class is complete without support—expect plenty of cheers, hype, and feel-good encouragement throughout.
