Rhythmic Reset Experiences are designed to help you reset your mind, body, and soul through the power of dance.

We begin each class with breathwork and meditation to get more comfy in the mind and body. Then we do some light stretching, and move right into our freestyle dance party! We close out with a sound bath to bring our heart rates down and end on a calm note.
