🪘 Come explore drumming techniques & traditional rhythms in the ancient art of drumming. We will go over fundamental playing techniques, play African Rhythms and have an epic jam session. Together, we’ll harness the drum’s vibrations to release and elevate energies, reaching a euphoric, shamanic state. Our blend of structured drum expressions and spontaneous improv will unite us all, becoming one with the drum.

🪘 Drumming reinforces our connection with spirit and nature. Participating or even being in the space of drum circles has huge health benefits such as lowering blood pressure, lowering cortisol levels and creating a sense of unity. Allow the beat of the drum to awaken your childlike wonder and joy to expression.
This is a non-judgement zone, everyone is welcome.
Limited drums and percussion instruments will be provided. Feel free to also bring your own drum or instrument and let your soul play freely as we create a sense of community and healing expression.

Meet Your Facilitator, Floyd Jones:
Floyd is a Certified Vibrational Sound Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Music Producer, Drum Facilitator and intuitive energy worker who weaves his musical gifts with spirit creating transformative music that touches the soul and elevates states of consciousness. Floyd currently offers 1 on 1 and group sound healings, themed events, as well as African drum circles in DE, PA, MD and beyond that bring the community together to become one with the drum.
He released his debut album “Kaleido Dreams” Oct 2023 as well as various meditations on youtube and all streaming platforms. He creates meditative music infused with cinematic vibes that takes you on a journey into the heart and soul. Floyd walks this spiritual path in devotion to serving spirit and the community.
